The Darkness is set to perform a special show in Coventry this May, featuring tracks from their new album and support from Ash
This gig is part of their new album launch, ‘Dreams on Toast.’ Fans can expect a lively show with hits like “The Longest Kiss.” It’s a nod to the classic sounds of Queen and McCartney.
They’re only doing two intimate shows, one in Coventry and another in Leeds. After that, they’ll hit the road for a 17-show tour, wrapping up at Wembley Arena.
Northern Irish band Ash will open for them. They’ve been with The Darkness since their early days. Tickets go on sale January 25, starting at £19. You can also grab a ‘Dreams on Toast’ CD for an extra £8.
The Darkness formed in 2000 and quickly rose to fame with their debut album, ‘Permission to Land.’ It sold over 1.4 million copies in the UK, thanks to hits like “I Believe in a Thing Called Love.”
They’ve won multiple BRIT Awards and have a huge fan base, including Taylor Swift, who recently sang along to their classic hit at the US Open. It’s going to be a fun night in Coventry!
