A teacher confessed to a terrible crime. It happened at a school near Nottingham. Alun Thomas admitted indecently assaulting two girls, who were students back then. The court hearing occurred on February 7.

Thomas taught music at Bramcote School, which was on Derby Road and shut down in 2017 after many years due to a big relocation costing twenty million pounds. The crimes occurred in the 1980s.

The assaults happened at Bramcote School. The victims were young students between eleven and fourteen years old. The crimes happened more than once.

Thomas lives in Northampton now and admitted to six indecent assaults. The victims were under fourteen at the time. The hearing was brief, and his lawyer asked for bail, which the court granted. Thomas is 66 years old.

The lawyer stated Thomas regrets his actions and described him as remorseful. He also said Thomas had a clean record before this.

The judge set the sentencing for April 10, requesting a report to explain his history. The judge said jail is likely, and Thomas must honestly answer questions and will be on the sex offender register.
