Police are searching for three masked men who raided a petrol station, stealing thousands in tobacco and cash. Residents are urged to help.
Cornwall: Early this morning, three masked men broke into a petrol station. They targeted the Texaco garage on Southbourne Road around 3:40 AM.
These guys forced open the metal shutters and smashed a window. They were in and out quickly, grabbing thousands of pounds worth of tobacco, cigarettes, and vape fluid.
They also took a bit of cash before making their escape. Witnesses saw them running past a Domino’s nearby, which is pretty close to the garage.
Police are asking locals to check their doorbell cameras. Any footage could help catch these guys. They really want to hear from anyone with CCTV or dash cam video.
A police spokesperson said they’re keen on any tips. They want to know if anyone saw anything unusual around that time. The suspects were all covered up, wearing head and face coverings.
